7 Hour Course $125.00 if registered 7 days prior to class-$25 discount from the regular price of $150.00.

21 Hour Course $250.00 if registered 7 days prior to class-$25 discount from the regular price of $275.00.

Who takes continuing education?
For Appraisal license holders. The Department of State requires licensees to take 28 hours of continuing education every 2 years.  Real Estate Appraisers must take the 7 hour USPAP as part of continuing education.
 

Steps to Follow:
1. Pick courses to satisfy the hour requirement for your license renewal, making sure that each course covers a different topic.
2. Upon completing required hours of continuing education, the American Real Estate School will issue a course certificate and submit your completion to the Department of state .
3. . Take all necessary documents to the Department of State at the time of your license renewal.
