Who takes continuing education?
For Salesperson license holders and Broker
license holders. The Department of State requires real estate
licensees to take 22.5 hours of continuing education every 2 years.
For Appraisal license holders. The Department of
State requires licensees to take 28 hours of continuing education every
2 years. Real Estate Appraisers must take the 7 hour USPAP as part
of continuing education.

Steps to Follow: |

Pick courses to
satisfy the hour requirement for your license
renewal, making sure that each course covers a
different topic. |

Upon
completing required hours of continuing education,
the American Real Estate School will issue a course certificate
and submit your completion to the Department of
state . |
