Steps to Follow:

2.	Pass the examination given at the end of our course.
3.	Complete the application for New York State Salesperson's License application, which the American Real Estate School will help you with.
4.	Pass the New York State exam to be licensed. *For more info about New York State exam, or requirements please go to Department of State site.

Salesperson License Requirements:

Completion of our 75-hour course, the passing of our final examination and being sponsored by a Real Estate Broker's Office are required. In addition you must pass the New York State licensing exam. You must also be a permanent resident of the United States, at least 18 years old and no felony* (*some exceptions apply).
