Salesperson License Requirements:
Completion of our 75-hour course, the passing of our final examination and being sponsored by a Real Estate Broker's Office are required.  In addition you must pass the New York State licensing exam.  You must also be a permanent resident of the United States, at least 18 years old and no felony* (*some exceptions apply).
